July 30: Ayres Creek Paddle
KAYAK: Ayres Creek Paddle, 1 – 4 p.m.
COST: $55/person sharing a tandem kayak ($110 total), $80/person solo kayak
MEETING LOCATION: Ayers Creek Adventures
Paddle the beautiful forested headwaters of Ayres Creek, abundant with birds and wildlife, just minutes from Berlin, Maryland. We’ll look and listen for birds of our coastal forests and marshes, including terns, egrets, herons, ibis, Bald Eagles, and Seaside Sparrows.
All paddling done by participants; some experience required. Must be 13 years old to participate. Please note: If you are reserving a tandem kayak, please plan to attend with a paddling partner also registered with the trip. We can’t always guarantee another solo paddler will join you in a two-person boat. Thank you!
